Just read this article by Jeff Reifman.
As I mentioned in a previous post, the article talks about the big threats facing MS:
1) Open source
2) Internet services
That together with the fact that MS is "addicted" to the huge revenue/earnings from Windows and Office makes for an interesting and difficult situation.
